I can find a logo but when I try to upload it says 'File must be less than 30k'

What do I do?

Hey Waddles,

You have to adhere to the upload guildlines. Your main logo can be a maximum of 300x100 pixels. Your Flight display screen logo (small logo) MUST be 120x23 pixels.

You can use a simple program like iphoto or preview to resize the logo, that is if you are using a mac computer. I don't know about windows PC computers and how to resize there. Maybe someone will chime in...

The problem is that when I upload it says 'Uploads must be less than 30k' I don't know what that mens.

Fojd told you the right thing. Every file - and that logo is a graphic file - has a size. It is measured in bytes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte). To reduce the time a webpage needs to be displayed on screen, AS has set limits to the size of the graphics user may upload.

Obviously you created an image that is too big (not in centimeters or pixels [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pixel], but in bytes). Therefore you have to reduze the filesize of that image: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=reducing+file+size+image
