Made two bids, one was outbid but BOTH bids increased to next price

About 14 minutes ago, I placed two bids on A321 aircraft: one standard and one heavy. The standard started at 23 something for a lease payment while the heavy started at 24 something.

The standard shows that the bid was increased to 35,977 AS$. The other one still shows that I still have the highest bid, but the amount changed from ~24,000 AS$ to 37,220 AS$.

It definitely matters in that it has taken out an extra 150,000 or so AS$ on my bank statement.

I guess my question is this: If two of us click on the bid for the leasing option at essentially the same time, does it cause an error message if the information shown was incorrect when I clicked the lease link or does it just process it as if I increased the bid?

If you have the highest bid then the leasing rate should equal the value given to you when you placed the bid. If you won the aircraft I guess what you could do is go to your fleet management & click on the blue contract book for the aircraft & then view contract. Just be careful not to accidentally cancel the contract

There’s no verify button so its a bit of nuclear bunker type situation, or at least thats how I treat it anyway lool ^^

You can also achieve the same thing via the management leasing section as well. It should then tell you the leasing rate & hopefully the figure ur looking for.

The 150,000 you state, thinking about it kind of sounds to me like the cost of whatever cabin layout you have set as default.

I couldn’t tell you about your question though as I wouldn’t know, Id hazard a guess that it would go to whoever the server processed first & it would be first come first served basis but I wouldn’t take it as fact.
