Maintenance cost and Accounting

I have problems understanding how maintenance costs works in AS.

As an example I put my prop aircraft L410 (2.1 yrs, 98%/900.0%) on it's today's schedule (screenshots below).

In the Management -> Accounting -> Bank Account tab, I see two maintenance transactions related to the plane:

A:  7 am  $1.798,  41.308 maintenance ratio    (btw. what is this ratio points refer to?)

B:  6 pm     $400,    8.122 maintenance ratio

Then looking into the Flight information tab, it states Maintenance is $200 (per flight). There are 10 scheduled flights this day, so 10 x $200 = $2.000. That is some $200 difference between Accounting and Flight Info tab. I understand the Flight Information info is an approximate, but still would like to confirm this mismatch.

Two, on cancelled flight the figures (flight-related and others) are the same as in flights operated. Does this mean that even cancelled flights produces "flight-related" costs?

Last but not least, is it normal that a 24yr. Saab 340B costs $11.000 maintenance A DAY? It operates 8 daily flights (12hrs total flight time), but the A/C condition is good (98%).

Check flight information for all your flights, it probably isn’t always $200. Should be less for shorter flights and more for longer ones. I don’t believe cancelled flights have any flight related costs. What you see is just the amount involved if the flight operates.

The flight information page is just descriptive. The total week's maintenance cost is divided proportionally between all flights you operate and shown on that page. Same for crew salaries, leasing costs, etc. - you only pay them once a week, but they're divided between all your flights and shown proportionally in the flight information page. 

That page is there to give you a general idea of whether or not a flight is being profitable once all weekly costs are taken into account and divided between all your flights. It does not mean that you are paying that amount every time the plane takes off.

Still the $11.000 daily maintenance cost for the SF3 is in the Bank Account, that means real transaction, so almost $80k weekly maintenance, do you consider this a normal amount, taking into account a/c's age (25y)?

One more regarding interlines.

In station statistics, I see 3 different pax types: internal, external, direct. Can you please further explain the difference between them? I guess direct is O&D traffic, internal is my connecting passengers and external comes from interline partners?

One more regarding interlines.

Correct. Internal means connecting to (or from) your own airline; external is connecting to (or from) interline partners, including your own subsidiaries as the games considers them different airlines. Whether it's connecting "to" or "from" depends on if you're looking at incoming or outgoing flights (there's a link to switch between both).
