Yes it is set in Hub Time and when I go to Activate flights it is set in UTC
I've tried to replicate and it stays as it should. So can I ask you...when you say "it is set in UTC", where are you seeing this? On the flight plan? On the schedule? Could you post a screenshot of it set to UTC?

It doesn't. Next to post (at the bottom of reply to this topic) press "More Reply Options", type your message, and then use "Attach Files" under the box

Ok, so you seem to be in the product ratings page. And yes my airline does the same on that page only. To be honest I've never ever used that page (try flight assignments page), and there does not seem to be a way of changing that page away from zulu
