I placed bids but somehow almost $5million has been taken from my account. Why would money be taken from my account when I haven’t won yet? I was even outbid for the aircraft but still missing 4.6mil

What is the $792,374 for provisions for bid for aircraft? I’ve never seen at any auction before.
I accidently picked up a CRJ 700 on a loan purchase and now I’m stuck with a 22 mill loan, with 400k weekly payments which will ruin my small airline. Is there any way of reversing this?
Before the update, i had 26 aircraft for sale “not signed” for my sister company, all the aircraft where sold, when i logged me in today and went into auction

Yes, we admit that this particular issue was a mistake on our side and I’m sorry it went that way. This mechanism was based on a wrong assumption of mine and unfortunately cannot be easily fixed afterwards.
