I wish that we got our money RIGHT back when someone outbid us for an AC now I have to wait at least 1hr maybe 5 or more until the bidding is over I could use that funds to try to get other AC!

Agree, it could lead to someone bidding just to inflate prices.
Revenge bidding is a time-honoured tradition. However, it works a lot better on eBay where there may only be one of the rare collectable. In the game, there are usually multiple aircraft of a type up for auction, and the automatic bid increases usually take the price above that of another airframe.
