New aircraft market

What about existing contracts? I have leased to my (not always wholly owned, as some have entered the stock market) subsidiaries.

And what about when subs change hands via the stock market, will the old contacts be nullified, if they are not wont that give opportunity to cheat?

Also leasing to your own subs is a long term investment, the leasing income from the sub may be something the arent or sister company needs to survive, this can lead investment companies to bankruptcy.

If the contact already exists, there is no problem whatsoever. And even if you wanted to lease an aircraft from one of your enterprises to of you others (within the same holding), this is still possible.

So just to get it clear transferred in "no aircraft can be transferred between enterprises of a single holding" means sold not leased, right?

When today does it take effect. Nicosia and croyden are as normal. Do we wait until the midnight update?

The patch with the new aircraft market will be done NEXT week wednesday ;)

lol. That would the Wednesday the 8th. At least I have the ‘wednesday’ bit.

Hi AirlineSim team!

Question about weekly payment for aircraft which would be bought through loan.

I have AAA rating, the interest rate is - for loans without securities - 3.12%, I want buy new A380 for 258,000,000 AS$.

Did I understand correctly, that weekly payment for loan in this case will be - 8049600 AS$?

Thank’s for answer!

More, actually - the loan itself costs 8.05m a week, and there’s a payment added on top of that such that you’re actually paying off the loan - I think if you’re using the aircraft loan financing option it’s half as much again as the cost of interest; at least it has been when I’ve used it. So, you’d be looking at about $12m per week, with the $4m fraction of it being automatically used towards paying off the $8m fraction (the cost of which will consequently decrease as you pay it off). Note though that you’d be paying the lower securitised interest rate (since the aircraft you’re using the money to buy is the collateral for the loan)
