Why are you flying all over in this Zigzag manner? Stick to one hub. This strategy of yours could work for the first two weeks, but later you will find yourself with no loads and no slots in your hub. Stick to one hub and that's it. Open other hubs once you have maybe 2000-3000+ departures per week in your main hub.
Why sticking to one hub? There is no reason for it! On Otto I I operated an european Airline without any hubs, and it became the biggest airline of the world. In Europe with its hard competition direct flights are the better choice; connections make only sense if you want to feeder longhaul flights.
There is no such thing as the one and only correct strategy!
