Re-launch of regional airline in Glasgow causes stir in financial community.

7 May 2015, Connor McLellan, Scottish Broadcasting Company

GLASGOW, UK (SBC); Robert Fraser announced the re-launch of New Scotland Air to a crowd in Scotland today, showing off the newly acquired aircraft at Glasgow International (GLA). Taking the company by storm, failed management caused the new startup to fold within a week of operations, and Fraser and his executive management team have taken the company to basics. "It's all about creating your customer base. You don't become English Airways overnight, and that was reflected in previous management's attempts," Fraser announced, "We're here for the people of Scotland, and our company is modeled after you. Our guiding principles reflect the strength, pride, and inherent freedom the people of Scotland embody."

Donna Gilmour, Chief Experience Officer of New Scotland Air, echoed the sentiments of Fraser, adding that though the first three aircrafts purchased don't have a lot of seats, the price, and the experience differentiates NSA from their competitors. "We believe that unless our clients are truly happy, we aren't giving them the right experience. If our experience model doesn't work, we tweak it. No amount is too much when building your brand."

If the new manager is keen for feedback - I would like to mention that both the CNC and the ERJ35 are rather difficult to operate. How about switching to some ATR oder Bombardier-Dash aircraft instead ?
