Can anyone help me with this issue since I started my airline one week ago on all my fleet not even single passenger has been booked on any sector only i see that cargo is full
what is the reason for this ... plz help
Which tab have you choosen - cargo or passengers?
Have you applied seating configuration on your planes? Which color do you see in your flightplan - green or brown?
Please post a screenshot what you are seeing - this might help.
Your airline on Quimby does not have traffic rights to transport passengers.
While your holding in in France, you have set up your airline in the UAE. This doesn't work for passenger transport.
You may transport cargo all around the world, but with a French holding you ma only transport passengers inside France (and the EU) and to/from France - everywhere else you don't have traffic rights, so the seats will stay empty.
So how should I get the Passenger transport rights
By having you holding based in the country from where you operate. It does not matter where the subsidiary is placed (it does with open market countries but otherwise not). As long as you dont delete this company you will only be able to fly from France.
Shut down your french holding and make a new start in the UAE.
You can't aquire the rights - as Spezialist has said, you can transport passengers in France and EU and also to VAE, but not from UAE.
