Im not receiving any traffic load (0% on C and Y) on my inbound leg to LHR from AGP while the outbound leg is normal and well booked for 2-3 days in advance. Fees and service levels are same for both legs. Can this be normal or is it a game fault? reply asap so i can manage the return routes! Thank You

Demand is distributed once a day for each airport. The respective time can be found on the airport info page. Any flight booked in at this point in time can potentially be part of a connection out of this airport.
so is it necessary to redo the route once it was created within this time bracket?
No, in most to all cases every flight will receive 3 bookings either way.
