Why I cannot find any of my offer from GWS company in Singapore in to the Online Reservation System. None of the offer doesn’t appear on any search.
At which server are you playing? Was checking several servers, but couldn’t found the company GWS (but maybe I am not playing at this server)

Go to route evaluation page and check one of your routes. It’ll show you if you have passenger boarding rights for that route.
You have no traffic rights from Singapore with a French holding except for flights to or from France.
What traffic rights? It’s a brand new company located in Singapore.
It’s a subsidiary of a company located in France.
That’s where your traffic rights come from.

Read the forum and tutorials and search for traffic rights. Your holding is based in France hence you have traffic rights to fly from and to France and within the EU. But not from Singapore.

Portugal Air Lines has the headquarter in Portugal and subsidiaries in Phnom Pen, Asuncion, Dakar, Luanda, Entebbe, Nassau, Bridgetown and Guatemala City. What is the difference Between this locations and Singapore ?
I think those are open investment countries.
You should give the handbook section on traffic rights and subsidiaries a read.

As racsofp said, the places you list are “investment open”, which means that you can open a subsidiary there and get full traffic rights.
An easy way to test this is to click on “start new subsidiary” and select a hub in the country you are interested in. AS will then either display “full traffic rights” (if investment open) or “restricted traffic rights” (if not). In the latter case the traffic rights from the parent company are inherited.
So in your case, your Singapore based airline has French traffic rights - you can accept bookings from anywhere in France to/from Singapore and connect any other country to/from France via Singapore. Fifth freedom rights are not modelled in AS.
I wonder why in AS the age of an aircraft is jopordizing the ratings, KLM flies today with 22 year old 737-700 and -800 aircraft, the A330-200 and -300 are on an average of 20 years. But in AS the same age is calculated for a Russian aircraft or a Airbus or boeing. I believe this is a bit strange.
