I have a French based airline with a hub at Heraklion, Greece. I added a flight from Heraklion to Manchester, but get zero pax due to Pax Boarding Rights. Greece and France are both EU treaty, so why does this happen?

But the UK isn’t a member of the EU, so HER-MAN is a flight that doesn’t fall under the EU treaty.

Hi Martin, I know that but can I not fly from the EU to UK, or is it because it is not from my homebased country (France)?

Correct, any flights leaving the treaty must originate/end in the home country.

Thanks Martin, makes sense. I do however have bookings on HER-TLV, although this shows as restricted also??

These could be transfers from FR via GR to IL, which is legal. AirlineSim supports scissor hubs.
