Performance issues vs Credits

Dear AirlineSim team,

I do understand that in an IT environment not everything can go smooth all the time and in complex systems there will occurred problems. But now you're nursing around the current performance issues for weeks and I hardly can see any progress towards solving the problems; the only performing thing seems to be the credits consumption system.

I would kindly ask you to present to us paying customers (in the end of the day that's basically what we are)

  • What did you achieve so far? (In a non technical language so that not IT skilled people can understand your steps as well)
  • What steps will follow to get back to "normal"?
  • How are you going to compensate the spent credits?

Please do not get me wrong: I do like AirlineSim and I love playing it. But if you have to wait for minutes for every little task it gets very annoying.

This is also valid for Aspern and Stapleton. The other game world seem not to be that critical.

Of course I read all of those threads and postings but my question still stays:

  • What does make you actually more confident to have found the problem than the last times?
  • Will there be a compensation for the time being? Friendship is friendship, but accounts must be kept.

Well - seems you haven't read them at all ;)

Nothing makes us (at the moment) confident to have found the problems ... and yes, there will be - but first we have find a solution.

Well, of course I cannot speak for others, but as for me I won't by any new credits until the problem has been solved. So either the credits consumption will be stopped or in a few weeks I won't be in the game anymore if the problem has not solved till then.

Your loss. I <3 this game - a few hiccups here and there, I can deal with  B)

I can see what Dubaut means - but also just to put in mind. Its not that fun trying to establish some routes/flightplan, change cabin configs. etc and then its takes more than 30 min. and maybe more to do so!! :(

I just hope that the problem will be solve in a “short” time, like its says in the pollexit… :)
