Hey there!
I was very proud to be able to buy another airplane in the first week of my company.
I prepared the flightplan and everything was fine but there are obviously no pilots
who will fly this plane. I have hired enough in the Crew Management Tab but they
are just a reserve now.
Can someone help me please?

Du musst die Piloten den entsprechenden Maschinen zuweisen.

You have to assign the pilots to the respective aircrafts.
Sounds to me that you have not assigned them to the aircraft.
On the fleet page you have to click the field to the left of the aircraft and then select ‘assign pilots’ on the menu at the bottom, exactly the same as you assign a cabin configuration.
You can’t simply hire them, you also have to tell them what to do
