I have leased a 787-8, 2 weeks ago. I scheduled flights from hangzhou to Moscow domedovo and Brussels Zaventem and nothing is happening, 1st time this sort of thing is happening to me.

That's rather odd.... I'd assume it's nothing simple like no seats or crew assigned or schedule not activated.... or not enough connections/aircraft performance...

It could be a very bad route. I got 0 passagers first time I tried GOT-Malorca. I would suggest that you grow abit and offer more connections and find a large partner on your long haul destination. As you are in a very competitive hub try getting about 1.500 weekly departures and then try again whit LHR, CDG, AMS. Do not drop the dreamliner start flights to DXB, KUL, DOH, CKG, SIN and Australia. I have not looked at the competition so if there is much competition on these routes don’t do it. Also you need to dump some maintenance categories, you could make a regional airline flying the suckoi and Embraer and for your main airline choose between Boieng or Airbus (I would choose Airbus as the enhanced are more efficient in your case). For your long haul route try having a very good seating and service.
