I have a question regarding the players those who are still in trial period after 15-day trial.
There are some account left in the game. These account has run out of their free credits (established more than 15 days ago but the state shows they are still in trial period) but still in operation. I just wonder whether they would be cleaned regularly since they do occupy some slots and demands?
If you run out of credits, your account's holdings and companies will be locked until you add more. Credits will still be deducted daily at the normal rate during this period, though - the intention here is to prevent companies gaining an unfair advantage by abandoning accounts and returning to them, several weeks later, having avoided paying for their growth. As an example, an account with one holding which runs out of credits will, after 5 days, have a balance of -20 credits; these must be paid before the access to the holding and companies is restored. If no credits have been added to an account which has gone into a negative balance after 2 weeks, the account and any holdings it contains will be deleted, in order to avoid penalizing active players.
There is no automatic deleting for these users that never come back
In order to ask a deletion for these "fantom" airlines, just report them ingame, with a message saying "user inactive since xxx days, weeks, months...)
to my knowledge, that is not true. so please refrain from spamming the support about dozens of small airlines occupying a total of a 1000 slots distributed over 12000 airports.
So if you who are premium are inactive for 30 days but have enough credits I can ask to delete your airline, and it will happend?
I didn't say so ... first of all, I wrote my assumptions, and second it was related (as this whole thread) to inactive trial account airlines.
Of course an airline that has credits will not be deleted by the team just because somebody asked to delete it, and because the manager hasn't logged in 30 days ... (as long as it has credits).
It is my assumption that past 30 days credit depletion, airline is deleted. Both trail and premium accounts have credits ... after they are used up, there is a grace period. Some say it's 14 days, some say it's 30 days. The question raised here was if they are deleted automatically at that time, or if manual intervention is required.
So no, you can not ask to delete other player's airline just because that player has not been online for some time ;)
But if the airline was inactive for 6-7 months, there is a good assumption in has no (or very little) credits left and you can communicate with the team to verify status of that airline. The team will decide what to do with it.
I think there is a misunderstanding. the player you are referring to is a premium member. the one month rule only applies to players that ran out of credits.
