Q about traffic rights

holding 1- tunisia

holding 2- italy, sub based in france

my question is this

If i have an IL between holding 1- and the french Subsidiary that has the traffic rights from italy, Can i fly pax;

a. from tunis- connect french hub- france

b.from tunis- french hub- rest of EU

c. from tunis hub- french hub- to out side EU

From what i understand- I have all three of there possibilites because the pax start in tunis and ends in a final destination and therefore uses the traffic rights from tunis to the rest of the world. Is that correct?

Thanks!

As far as i know cooperation between two holdings of the same player is forbidden! Interlining included

two difffernet players

You can't take on passengers in France and fly them to anywhere other than Tunis. You can take passengers from Tunis to France, refuel in France and continue to Keflavik, but you can't take on passengers that didn't come from your home base. You don't get the traffic rights of your interlining partners...it's up to your passengers to transfer to the other airline, which is what interlining is all about.
