Hi, welcome to the AirlineSim forums! When you’re starting out with your airline, there’s several things you can experiment with to increase load factors:
- Improve service profiles (Commercial tab): Here you can determine which on-board service should be offered on your planes. You can set up different profiles for different flight lengths, if necessary.
- Adjust your cabin configurations (Commercial tab): This section lets you install different seats and hire additional flight attendants, which can influence your flight evaluation in a positive way.
- If there’s no demand on a specific route, feel free to experiment with other routes, while focusing on domestic travel to / from your hub at first. You can check the Online Reservation System / ORS to see how your competitors are doing on a certain route.
Last but not least, you can check your flight ratings by going to Commercial > Inventory and clicking on the small arrow next to a flight. Here you can select the Flight Rating tab to see your evaluation in detail.
