Questions about the ORS booking system

Could someone list me all the points that make up the ORS booking ranking of a particular flight?
In my example i have a flight displaying with a ranking of 52.

is it price, schedule, equipment , age of aircraft, frequency of service? Would be interested in seeing all the points that go into setting the ranking number. Please and thanks

See the image above.

All the Product Factors above from Price down to Image, all make up the “Product overall” rating. They are related to that particular flight and all/any other flights, even return flights from the same destination, may differ. Next down is the the “Price Performance Ratio”. This is the overall product rating vs the price of the ticket and is ultimately what relates closest to the ORS Score (assuming direct flights, connection flights between A-B drop off fairly significantly).

The image factors section works slightly differently. Those factors (Seat Space down to Staff Mood), while relevant to that particular flight, do not directly add to the Image factor under product, instead they impact (very small % per flight) your overall image and this takes time to both improve or worsen. For example, if you had one bar of image rating now, but this flight showed an overall image rating of two, it may takes day or weeks until this improvement is fully added to your overall Image and therefore applied to your product rating.

You can can see your Airlines current Image rating on the Dashboard/Overview for the various classes for reference.

Slightly confusing to understand initially, but this is how it works. Hope that helps
