there is another thing on my wish list. One that is perhaps easy to program (if it does not exist already).
Is there a possibility to remove the pilots from a plane that is not being used ? And if that possibility does not exist, can it be added as a new feature ?

Select the flight plan for the respective aircraft.
At top you will see "Pilots and a green hook" make a mouse-click on the green hock and you will receive as answer a red X.
Pilots are off that aircraft ad you can assign them to another aircraft or fire them ... as you like it.

it even says "withdraw pilots" when you hover your mouse above it :-)
