After half a year operation, Lavender Group need to say goodbye to everyone contributed to XIGUAN.
2018-12-21is when Lavender founded, by that time, I wasn’t expect it to grow into a big airlines group like today, I can never imagine how much effort i would put on my baby and I didn’t foresee the challenge of managing a group with 940 aircrafts as well.
Now I do.

By the end of April, there are over 200 aircraft grounded not because of FAA banned it but for my mismanagement. Since March, the group will produce over $100,000,000 profit every week. I had to expand more production lines(350 787 321 320 7M9 73G CS1 SSJ CRJ ERJ) as possible to make sure every penny is utilised. In this process, I sacrificed my principle of maintaining less models to keep the profit rate at a higher level. I try hard to maintain the grows and every time the efforts I put getting things rolling and rolling. I am getting myself into a bigger thing everyday.
It was so fun and competitive. At day zero, once the server launched, lavender group was all suited up and ready for a estimated 2 month race. First week is essential, every link and scenario has been simulated before the initialization including which hour can sign a second contract and candidates of destinations after delivery. Second weeks, all the potential leading candidates appeared, a list of top 20 will be closely followed up frequently (four times a day) to get updated of their edge strategy. In the next few weeks, the competition between us has been so heated til March.
I want to appreciate my fellow partner in the Excellent alliance, we have the best airlines in States, Mexico, China, EU, Japan, Canada(basically top 10 scale in XIGUAN). We work closely like a real alliance in our communication groups. I can never make this happen alone without the your selfless help and strong support. Also, I would like to thank you all my contract partner who linked my network to every corner of the world.
