Route restrictions for pax/cargo convertible aircraft

Hi,

As a PAX aircraft, there is strict restriction to fly Antonov AN-74TK-200 Convertible, but this aircraft can be convert to cargo aircraft. As far as I know, cargo aircraft has no restriction on flying to large airport, does that applies here as well? So can I use this flight as a cargo aircraft fly to JFK?

I think so, too. Seems to be the only possible reason for operating the standard cargo version since it is (strangely) so much worse than the convertible.
