Seasonal Deman

Just wondering if the game modelled the changed in demand through the seasons. I’ve started playing this summer and everything is going well for me, just wondering whether come labour day its all going to crash around me.

No automatic change in the demand right now!

Ok thanks, so its summer holidays all year round on airline sim!

Or Winter - who know? :D

What about the AGEX? It makes changes in the demand along time, doesn´t it?

Yes, but only in very strict limits

this would be wayyy more like reality if there was a seasonal demand!

Well, have a look at it, it has lost around 300 points in the last 8 weeks… isn´t that seasonal demand?

300 points… But you don´t know, how 300 points affect the pax demand. It’s not as much as some here believe.

This thing it is still puzzling me, I am having a 3% weekly decrease in my mean demand and in some routes of around 20% per week. I operate around 600 flights a week and it has been only in the last 6 weeks that I observed this phenomena. Can anybody give a reasonable explanation about this? Why my flights were always full for 6 months and in the last month and a half it is decreasing in such a wild level?

I repeat there hadn´t been new airlines in my network, no cancellation of interlining agreements or changes in my services on board and prices.

If this continues, I will start having losses in 2-3 weeks… I find this extremely unfair, one can always expect competition by other rivals, small variations on demand, but this? A sudden fall without any reason, that is something I can´t fight because I don´t know the reason!

Maybe it´s the same thing, I´ve mentioned here? --> http://community.airlinesim.aero/topic/2073-random-routes-fail/page__view__findpost__p__15325

I checked all the routes that had the higher drops, and there hadn´t been changes, as I told you before, also my routes are short, maximum 800 km, so I doubt that a new network by competitor can affect all my routes… It can be expected in a few, but not in all. On top of that I can´t check at the ORS since it never works in Croydon… so I can only wait and see my airline bankrupt…

Edit 1 - I just checked ORS, it works miracously, anyway, I beat by far any possible competitor, so still no answer to this mystery!
