Would it be possible to allow for 1/2 inch increments when adjusting the seat pitch?

Then people will ask for quarter-inch seat pitches, and eventually custom cabins.
I have so far just an improvement of my green bars only when I increase by 5 inches. Does an impovement of 1, 2 or 3 inches play a role at all? Even if you can´t see any improvement in your green bars?
