Hi,

how do you change and assign service profile to your flights?

is there an easier way to do it to all flights rather than each individual flight? the only way i found how to do it is manually adding a service profile to each flight under schedule - that is very tedious… surely there is a better way to do that for certain flights for instance?

You can’t mass update service profiles. You have to adjust them in the inventory pages.

You can assign/change service profiles to a route (including all the flights on that route), which I think that it's the fastest way to change service profiles on your entire fleet.
 
Go on the menu bar to Commercial > Inventory, choose the origin and destination airports and then on Settings, choose the new service profile on the option "On-Board  Service".

Doing service profile update via "Inventory" page and selecting checkboxes for "flights"; "return flights", "airport pair", and "return airport pair" is as mass update as it gets ...

Simply just check all four boxes otherwise it gets very messy. Personally I never micromanage so I never don't check all four boxes.

Cool, thanks for all the responses - found the way and got it done.

i think i must have clicked on the Min 1500km and the setting just set for the route above 1500 m, leaving those less than that with no service, no wonder my ORS keep dropping week by week. Fixed now, hopefully the ORS rating will start to come up
