Where does this expence comefrom and what could i do to lower it? thanks
You have to pay it if you set off your staff … you will pay a lot if you set off staff so it is better to keep them emplyed … If I am not mistaken it is 5 or 6 times the normal salary …
Thanks that help a lot
How long do you have to pay severance pay
You only pay it once…
…everytime you fire someone you pay severance…
When you open an office, you hire people to run that office…so when you close it…those people are concidered useless hence why the need to lay them off…my question would be…if i was to keep them and open up another office somewhere else…would they automatically be appointed to that new office? or will they remain useless untill i lay them off?
no matter what you do (open a new office, pilots assignment to new planes, etc.) the system always checks if you have spare empoyees before hiring new ones.
so assuming you’re going to open a new office within the next five or six weeks, keep the staff.
