Show True Employee Cost?

This has now happened to me 2 times. But I go and raise my employee services during the weekend and forget during the week that I did such a thing. I look at my financial schedule and it shows that I’ll be debited

$14 Mil USD during my weekend, so I budget accordingly. But the true cost is $15 Mil USD which I forget because I’m not taking into account my employee’s wage increase. Which causes me to have to receive a rescue loan. Please fix this to have the the financial schedule update to reflected the true cost of what will be charged at Week’s End.

Also, can there be a way to track a company that decides to leave the game to see their flight information afterward, I would love to pilfer the slots or even their flights. I hate having to copy and paste an Airline’s information into an excel file, just to keep the information afterwards. I look like a mad monster at work or at home when I have all these open windows trying to get those 5 or so slots they left, at an airport where slots are hard to get.

Another thing, could we be able to send a little note when declining someone for Alliances or Interlining? I think it is so disrespectful to see they declined you and aren’t given a reason, not that a reason is needed. But it would make the game more sociable if we could add a few lines to when we approve or decline an offer.

Thanks for reading. Just some of the ideas I find after playing the game.

If you are paying your employees $14M, assuming your employee cost represents about 12% of your expenses as they do for a couple of my Airlines, means you have expenses of $116M per week.

Don't ride the razors edge when 0.89% margin change causes you to run out of cash...

This isn't something I would hope AS would spend time on when 6.2 roll out has caused quite a bit of a stir!

Mine run about 8 to 10 percent ... that means expenses of about 140 million.

An airline with 140 million in expenses should be making about 60-65 million AS$ profit per week.

I don't understand how the OP needs to get a rescue loan.

One of my smaller airlines pays 9.6 million in salaries, total expenses 130 million (rounded) with 60 million AS$ profit (total revenue 190 MM)

I need the loan because when the increase hits I’m usually about $250K to $500k in the whole so there you go a rescue load for such a small amount. It isn’t a big problem as I then usually just have to wait an hour or so till my LH flights start landing to pay it back. But it is the problem that I like to budget as close to the break even point. I don’t tend to save my money but rather spend to grow. Once my growth slows it won’t be a problem. But I do wish that if I made any changes to my budget it would show correctly in the budget schedule, not the old amount but the new amount.
