The cabin 330 - 200 , still don't work like a other in group (Airbus 300,310,330,340 and the 767) Although the 333 and 332 has got that same cabin width, at 332 can use COMFORT 2-3-2 , but at 333 that same seats , 2-4-2.

I agree with you… you can’t install the same number of seats as they do in a real planes. But your 200 seats will make a decent profit.
AS makes the game as realistic as possible, but it is a game. Nobody ever complains that our profit margins are not realistic. Every decent airline makes a weekly profit of 30%. Real airlines would be happy if they did that in a year

I’ll have loss in some routes. I’d make A$25,000.00 less per flight in routes to Europe and USA. It’s 35 less paxs, that’s a lot.
How can 270 passengers in a 777-300 acceptable? It should be around 350 when using 4 F cabins, 21 C full beds and the rest with Comfort Plus. But, as of now, you reach only 270 paxs using this configuration. This can’t be normal. Look at Singapore Airlines and Emirates configurations.

we're going in circles... you repeat real airlines put more seats in their planes, I shall agree again but tell you that we're playing a simulation game that is not 100% realistic. And if you now have less seats, you should be able to sell them at a higher price. My 767's still make a profit, even with one seat less in every row. But I must admit they are fully booked.

To keep the same amount of seats, I’ll have to downgrade my seats, but my competitors don’t seem to be willing to change seats soon. If I downgrade, all my passengers will fly with them. As a result, I can’t do anything. I won’t change my seats until everybody decides to change.
I don’t want to play if the normal playing is accepting 737 with 90 passengers or 777 with 250 passengers. I really start to think this new system was terrible to the game. It’s not adjusted to reality. Ok, I know we make superb profits in weeks, our profit margin is extremely high, but we can’t start to think this way for everything in the game. What’s the purpose of the game? An airline simulation and I can’t even simulate a real cabin configuration. Do I really have to accept that 777 is the new 767, 767 is the new 737 and 737 is the new E190? What would be next step?

First of all, I really appreciate all the efforts made by Martin and sk to keep improving this amazing game. I don’t want to seem spoiled.
I just think it’s important to give a feedback. And my feedback about the new system is that. I have no options left. My competitors won’t change seats, I can’t downgrade and Comfort (Plus) seats were made for obese people, because they are huge (or the floorplans are too small for every aircraft).

Yeah it is always horrible to see a plane transportation at least 33% passenger less than its certified capacity. In the old days it was the situation for application on EcoPlus. Today this is extended to all settings.
To me, this is one of the funny phenomenons of the game, along with the leasing over buying situation.
SK, what about the problem about unfair competition? I can't compete with airlines using old seats, no matter what I do. If I equip better seats, I can fly less pax, thus making the flight not profitable. If I use a decent short-haul seat like a Leisure Plus, my ratings are half of those with old seats. Please, take a look at THAT. It's impossible to compete. Either make it compulsory for everyone to change to the new configuration with a given deadline, improve the ratings on new seats or punish more the airlines keeping the old seats...

Because, sk, you keep saying the same thing... better ratings fro FA, negative image in old config etc..whatever... it won't make a difference for couple of months at least... so do you expect struggling airlines, such as the one of Nesherius, to stay afloat till the lowered image rating of old config really makes a difference ...till..when...april? july?

I'm sorry, but no... My rating are below 60 against over 90. The only way I could get close to that (and not even the same) is if I switched for Comfort Plus and not raising the prices. That would result in losses still. I'm currently losing a LOAD of money with one of my airlines, losing some money with another, that I just bought and got running very smoothly (that took a lot of hard work, and it's now for nothing), and with my main airline I used to earn 2.5M-3M per week, now I'm just making less than 500k and probably will be losing money next week. All because most of the other airlines in the region (Brazil, Chile) have not switched seats and have better ratings than mine on connecting flights...
These problems are non-existant on Aspern, because everyone is using the same seats, the new ones. But the mix of new and old is destructing those early adopters of the new seats (like myself). And I did so because I was confident I could replicate the success I'm having on Aspern.
Yes, I’ve said this before. The number of flight attendants and seat pitch are not making a big difference.
New seats are worse than old seats even with the downside of negative rating in attendants and pitch.
Please, after the holidays, take a good look at that.
Since the cabin of the Boeing 777 is about 60 cm wider than A 330, I think she should accomodate one seat more per row, e.g. 9 Comfort seats! I don't know any airline that has only 8 seats per row in the economy, but many have 10. Unfortunately, the 777 is somewhat undervalued in AS.
I suggest to , change configuration at 777 as same like in group (Airbus 300,310,330,340 and the 767).
The configuration at Airbus 2-4-2 is at same like a real airlines , problem is with 777 model.
Airlines use configuration 3-4-3 at normal or 3-3-3 (sometimes) .Now it is not possible to confgure that. Conf. 3-4-3 is available at SLIMLINE , STANDARD is 3-3-3
Assuming the COMFRT+ is dedicated for Economy premium class I suggest to change:

Not only 777 should be adjusted. I think almost all models should be adjusted. I’ve been testing for many models and manufacturers and it’s, regularly and by far, away from reality.
Once again ... one bar is what the passenger expects, 5 green bar is what in his mind is absolutely a top product for this class. So why should by there any adjustment?
