Solare Airlines IPO - The Swiss airline

With its HQ in Frankfurt and its hub in Geneva, after 3 weeks of operation Solare Airlines is rapidly becoming a major player in European air transportation. The airline intends to strengthen that position with new airplanes (mainly Embraer 195s and Boeing 737-700s to replace its Bombardier CRJ-700s and Airbus A319s) and is launching today its IPO.

We’d like to thank Expatriates Group, AeroInvest Deutschland AG, Thai Invest Limited and Air Pearl for putting their faith on us and making our IPO a successful one. With our new funds will be retiring our last Airbus A319 and replacing it with a Boeing 737, as well as leasing one or two new aircraft to either open new routes or increasing the frequencies on our current most demanded routes.

Thanks!
