Stapleton is very slow and has been slow for the past few days. Please fix the problem soon. Thanks.
Confirming this. Slow is not enough: VERY SLOW is better. Could you please have a look and fix it? Thanks a lot.

Please have a look at the other open threads in this part of the forums. We are working on it....for weeks. Trust me, we'd be more than happy to have these problems solved asap, but it doesn't help to shout "fix it!" at us every two days.
I understand you are working on it, and I am not shouting, I am complaining. Since I pay for the game, it is my right to telling you that the server is absolutely too slow. You should consider adapting the credits requested to the speed of the server
As Martin has been kind enough to (while taking time off trying to fix the problem) explain on the other thread as a general rule of thumb the problem is usually fixed FIRST, and then compensation / refund / stopage of credit consumption is completed after. This in the past has meant the resources are allocated to fixing the problem first which most of us want, then credit refund is completed afterwards. This also mean AS can refund credits in one go based on the length of disruption.
I have some aircraft (9V-AAY) for example that shows flights on the 14/07 as still "booked" despite the game time being 16-07.
??
Okay, that's something different, which will be solved hopefully soon too. As far as we could determine, this may happen, when changing schedules 3 days ahead and cancelling manually some flights.
A simple server restart will normaly help. Nothing to worry so far. You are playing on Stapleton too?

In theory I agree with that. In reality the problem has been persistent for almost 3 months now, and there is no estimate when it will be resolved. Meanwhile the number of user accounts on all affected servers is dropping dramatically. IIRC the number of accounts on mature game worlds used to be around 700. Devau is now down to 178(!), seven other game worlds are around the 200 mark. The missing 500 accounts are players that didn't renew their credits. Does anyone really think they wil come back once the problem is resolved?
I myself have credits left for about a month. Since actually playing the game is no option right now due to slow response times, my enthusiasm is limited when it comes to buying more credits. If they run out before the performance issues are resolved (and my airlines are deleted) I will certainly not start from scratch on any server. On the other hand, if credit consumption was disabled (or reduced) I could sit back and relax and wait until all is good again.
I understand that this is a tough decision to be made by the team, as they need an influx of money to pay the bills. But please keep in mind that you do need the last faithful players -all of them- to get back on track once the dust has settled.
We know this very well. I for myself can't sleep at night for 3 month now as we do not have many choices and as much as you want to have fun playing AirlineSim, as much we need you all to pay our bills. You can imagine that this isn't an easy situation for us too.
Martin is working day and night meanwhile and tries to find the problem and fix them, but whenever there is a light at the horizon at least two days later, there are heavy clouds hiding the light. So we do understand your need, but we want you to know, that we are doing, what we can to solve this problem.

Yes stapelton. And indeed I changed schedules and manually cancelled some flights.
