So technically you have 3 routes... MEL-BNE, MEL-SYD, and SYD-BNE
So all of those routes as you can imagine are quite big routes, eye balling the timetable MEL-SYD there are already about 50 odd flights per day, with 6 different airlines which usually not a great thing as that means lots of competition. HOWEVER if you check out the route managment page it appears that pretty much every flight on that route is going out fully booked, with most flights at above default price. Most the aircraft types on the route are 737s so that would say with a 737 you are likely to get a good load factor, if not fill it.
My main issue with your airline is your timetable. If you look at your BNE-MEL route you have 2 daily flights.....both departing at midnight? Hows about one at midnight and one at midday? Same issue with MEL-BNE, and MEL - SYD?
So good idea on the routes, not so much the schedule. Can I just check you didn't use the immediate purchase option when you took the aircraft?
btw if i wanted a q400a to take passengers from bahrain to kuwait then another takes them from kuwait to heathrow how can i use two different aircraft to make a connecting flight?
Which is the best way of doing it. Are both midnight departures scheduled on that same aircraft? or different?
i think its on the same aircrafts..remember i only have 3 Boeing 737-400's so i'm trying to get routes up because i don't want to see planes idle "unless" they are going on a maintanence run
