Founding an investment company with the aim to support the IPO or buy stock shares is allowed as long as the holding is not deleted. If such a holding will be deleted (holdings can’t go bacrupt), we may reset the account, because this is a simple act of cheating! It doesn’t matter if you support foreign IPOs or not.
Btw. that’s the same with leasing market - the crossover leasing is not allowed as well. Therefor the leasing contracts will be determined when the leasing company is going into bancrupty. And we may also reset the account of the owner of this leasing company.[/font]
