According to me this is the best of them all and it is certainly the best multi aircraft display with commercial airliners and the A350 is just fantastic:

Sadly I can't find a fantastic A380 flying display but this is the best one I found:

An Alaska Airlines flying display where the "Cars plane" flies graciously over Monument Valley in Utah and other parts of Grand Canyon. Monument Valley is a fantastic place to visit. Though I am a bit uncertain if it is worth the 4 hour car ride from Arizona and then 4 hour back. Though if you have any spare time in Vegas then it is certainly worth renting a car and seeing Grand Canyon. Helicopter tours are also a great way to see the Canyon, personally I flew with Maverick Helicopters and their comfortable, modern, stable and spacious H130s and the vision is fantastic even from the back row due to theater like seating. I have flown helicopter tours in other parts of the world where some were even more expensive but a lot worse and usually cramped, noisy and uncomfortable. Anyways here it is:

Here is a stunning Alaska Airlines 737-900ER air2air footage over Washington state and Seattle:
