I have two support tickets about bug of sale of aircrafts in Riem game. No answer for 9 days already ! Other guys from our alliance have no answers for them tickets too. Guys , do you have problems with support system ?!

Wild guess. You're trying to sell a plane.
You are aware of, that you have to offer it for only 10% of the market value, and then it will be bought by AS after 4 weeks, if I recall correctly(?)!

I had a ticket with no response for over 20 days. It's about an old ticket (error when requesting a new terminal contract) and also a question about treaties.
Maybe the team is just busy at this point ;)
You might be better off posting the question about treaties in the forums, it is quite probably you will get your answer faster.

It’s SK who answers tickets, Team does not answer them. Team can answer it here on the forums for you 
sounds like a better plan :D
still need to wait for the terminal problem though
