The Airbus A321 got recently delivered to Cathay Star Connect during a delivery ceremony in Toulouse. It will be based in Beijing, China.
INDEPENDENT Sky Alliance welcomes new brazilian startup
Rio de Janeiro - Effective with March the 12th, the new successful brazilian startup pink airways was integrated into the INDEPENDENT Sky Alliance network. Based in Rio de Janeiro the company is expanding its brazilian network and plans to fly 100+ planes within the next 3 months, they are using solely the Airbus A320 family and focus on sustainability and eco green flight, as most planes are equipped with sharklets and improved engines. Other than its brazilian competitors the aircraft average age is 3,3 years and decreasing.
Whoever has been making the logos and liveries for INDEPENDENT Sky Alliance is very, very talented. Maybe you could do one for me sometime...?
Pink Airways promotes brazilian tourism and soccer worldchampionship
The INDEPENDENT Sky Alliance member, pink airways has recently rolled out two Embraer 195LR with special stickers promoting brazilian tourism and the soccer worldchampionship 2014. The aircrafts registered PP-BWJ "pantanal pink" and PP-AFT "agente de brasil 2014" will be based in Rio de Janeiro, the companies main hub.

INDEPENDENT Sky Alliance welcomes Asira Airlines
The INDEPENDENT Sky Alliance is proud to announce that Asira Airlines, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, joined the Alliance after the negotiation period. The Airlines' routes will be fully integrated into the alliance network and will offer our customers many more options to travel to destinations within the Arabian Peninsula as well as Africa. Asira Airlines is a young striving company with the intention of operating 100+ planes by the end of 2014.

Rio de Janeiro - Shortly before 2014 comes to an end, the brazilian member of the INDEPENDENT Sky Alliance changes its old design into a slightly revised but more modern and fresh corporate identity. The new colors, are just the beginning as 2015 comes with big plans for Pink Airways.
