Traffic rights question on Hoover

Hi, 

I have a company on Hoover based in France and I just opened a new subsidiary in Ukraine, which is an open market country. I set everything up for few hours but no bookings yet. My question is: If my legal home country is France, but I opened a subsidiary in Ukraine do I have traffic rights in Ukraine to transport PAX inside and outside Ukraine?

Yes you have the traffic rights because it is like you already said an open market country. You just need to wait a little bit more because the specific airport bookings happen only once a day

Sorry, You are wrong. On HOOVER the Ukraine ist NOT an investment-open country.

Ukraine is not open for foreigein investment on Hoover. You can check the country info page: https://hoover.airlinesim.aero/action/info/country?id=179

Therefore your subsidiary will still have regular French traffic rights and you can only carry passengers from France to Ukraine and back, nothing else.
