I'm thinking of coming back into the game. I'll probably establish a holding somewhere in the EU with one subsidiary. Later on I would like to create a 2nd subsidiary in a country that accepts foreign investment. My question is, will my 2nd subsidiary be able to fly into the USA from that country? I'm not clear on that point.
The second subsidiary will be able to fly into the USA from the country in which it (the second subsidiary) is headquartered, assuming that it is not politically restricted from doing so.
