is there a way to tranfer AC to a sub? i just open my express and i want to trandfer my express palne to that one thanks

If you select the airline owning the aircraft, you can trabsfer it using the asset management in the finance menu.

But you have to own the AC right? And can you transfer any cash?

Yes, you have to own it. Sorry, transfer of money or other values are not possible (may come one day…)

Does this work in both directions, i.e, from the holding to the subsidiary and from the subsidiary to the holding?

Yes - but only with subsidiaries not listes on the stock market.
