The TU-214 is being built again [1]. Shouldn’t it be marked as “available as new”?
That depends on the usual procedure for new aircraft, I would say. When will the first one be delivered or when is it claimed that production has started?
I wonder if they will ever fly outside of Russia / russian airline.

Well, Cuba and North Korea operate numerous russian aircraft, also Tu-204, I would thus not exclude the possibility that these could obtain new russian-built aircraft, be it SSJ, Tu-204 or MC-21. Also, the political landscape changes fast, and I would also not exclude the possibility that, say, some BRICS countries, or neutral countries could decide to obtain these.
