UAE and Bahrain start routes to Israel

Hi,

In today’s news, first route from UAE to Israel started. Bahrain also opens the air traffic to Israel.

That probably means, in-game no flights rule should be adjusted, to allow such connections, too.

This change was already implemented with the last data patch two weeks ago.
