Unrestricted market access Yes

Hi. I have my main hub in Yemen(Yemen Air) and most of the regional cities are full(slots). If I open a hub in a country with unrestricted market access yes. Will I be able to start flights from that country and use it as a add via to Europe. aspern

You need to open a subsidiary in the country with unrestricted market access and operate flights with the subsidiary (with an interlining agreement back to the parent). If you operate your flights with your Yemeni airline, those flights still have the same restrictions as a flight from Yemen.

I thought that was against the rules. To make a subsidiary with interlining agreement.

Only if you have received another AS$10mio. Your original $10mio of seed money (and all of the subsidiaries that you create with it) cannot interact with another AS$10mio (and any subsidiaries that you create with it).

If you open a new holding - it is against the rules and technically not possible. But if you build up a new subsidiary, it is no problem.
