LHW airport is no longer in the city center and it has schedule flights arrving at 00:55. The nightban should be lifted.

HTN airport now have two runways, the slots per 5 minutes should not be 4.
In Tibet, there are new airports such as Pulan(IATA：APJ), Xigaze Dingri Airport（IATA：DDR），Shannan Longzi Airport（IATA：LGZ）

Ignore the first part of what @highscore2 said…since it’s mostly @koenc86 doing data geo data work these days, going through tickets actually adds extra steps

Thank you for your report! I’ve just researched the 3 new airports and the new HTN runway so they will be part of the next patch.
Regarding LHW: lifting the nighttime ban based on this information is a bit tricky. If you could provide another source that the airport actually allows night flights (also after 1am) then we can take a look at it, I guess.
