My airline is based in SYD, and I fly 7 times a week to Port Vila.

If I place  a plane in Port Vila to fly to other places in Vanuatu, I don't have the rights for passengers. But will my passengers transfer, and the passengers of my ILS to that plane?

Passengers from from your IL partners will transfer to the plane if it is flying to somewhere in Australia or New Zealand.
