You are not allowed to pick up passengers in ICN. And most probably people from BKK are only going to ICN, since they get off there. And you might have a competitor, which somehow gives a better connection/rating. VIA flights have never been popular in AS.

Thanks for your answer. Btw I used to have a flight from BKK to ICN and ICN to SFO seperatly. eg AA1 BKK - ICN and AA2 ICN -SFO and make in connecting together. But still there is no shown in ORS.

Because you only have passenger traffic rights for BKK-ICN, the ICN-SFO flight will be classified as a cargo flight, and therefore won’t show up in the ORS unless you’re searching for cargo connections.
A question for you, why not just fly directly to SFO? A 787 in the game has the range for BKK-SFO directly, operating at 84% of maximum payload. As long as you are using better seats than “Standard”, you’ll be able to transport a full plane and cargo hold.
