Why I have empty flights from Mallorca to everywhere in Europe which is a 9 nine bar Airport. Pls, could you explain this?
My flights have mainly 4 stars and more in ORS.

If you give us your Airline Name and server will help to have a look ...... for now .... is your flightplan activated with 3 days in advance? Did the passenger demand calculation went through already? Do you have the traffic rights to fly those routes? Will find out for sure if you pass your details ;)
Also bear in mind Mallorca is a very competitive submarket within an already incredibly competetive market (Europe). I never really managed to offer profitable flights there, no matter what I did and how cheap the tickets were. Someone was always able to beat me. After a couple months of trying really hard I just gave up and ignore that market now. Everybody and their brother flies there, and unless you serve that route with owned (not leased) metal while providing top notch seats and service with ticket prices that barely cover the fixed costs with a whole lot of perfect connections thrown into the mix as well, you just won´t be able to make that route work.
Well, that was my experience anyway. YMMV.

Brief Description of my situation.
I´m playing on Aspern with Spanish Airways. My main hub is Madrid where i have 1179 flight per week. But slots are almost full so i thought about second hu. Palma di Mallorca is 9 nine bar airport.
I scheduled 316 flight from mallorca using 737-600,737-700 and ATR´s. For now is more then half slots avalaible.

My problem:
Stats of Passenger loads
lower than 50% - Brussels , Dublin, Oslo, Porto, Gerona, Tenerife, Vienna, Zurich, Stockholm, Valencia
lower then 80% - Alicante, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Malaga, Berlin Tegel
more than 80% - Amsterdam , Barcelona , Madrid , Menorca, Ibiza,
Nobody from Belgium, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Austria, Suisse and Sweden like to fly to PMI?

I find the same. In real life the flight is always full between any London airports and Majorca, however in AS I have never even been able to offer a twice a week service as there is simply no demand....

As far as I understand the mechanics behind demand is that Mallorca is resort and in Real Life demand comes from all around the world.
Therefore in AS its demand comes from many, many different airports. Meaning that every airport has a low demand for Mallorca but in world scale it is big (9bar airport) So unless you have a lot of interlines or many networks to connect PAX from small airports to bigger airports and then to Mallorca you will not be able to have full flights to Maljorca from big airports, since those big airports have little demand for Mallorca.
Mallorca is an airport without much demand. You can get an empty flying from CDG to there, even at the server's early stage.
I guess there maybe error but I decided that stop flying to that region is a better choice. It's a pity that you are trying to make that city a hub.

are holiday charter flights included in the passenger demand data ?
Although... I guess many tour operators have opened up their flights, so everyone can book a ticket. Even if you don't buy a holiday package. These flights are probably also used in the game.

Depends on his seating. I have seating on some planes where I can charge 50% over the default in Y or 25% in C and have excellent ORS.

Well I must correct mysefl concerning the charter flights. In the amount of available demand, they are also included. But they are not influencing the relative demand - meaning where the passenger want to fly to ;)
