What would you do ?

I have an airline on one of the servers. I spent some time growing up this airline and i’m pretty happy with it. I use a bunch of average aged planes and good service on them, load factors were pretty OK, business was thriving.

Then about a month ago one of the biggest players on the server sets up a subsidiary in a country near me. He goes in less then a month to more then 200 brand new planes and sets up flights to most of the airports in that part of the world. Obviously my load factors started to plunge. I lowered prices several times and i still can’t get decent LF on destinations i was flying with 100% LF before.

Just to make it clear. I’m not complaining. I just want to know what would you do in a situation like this. What strategy should i follow ?

I know which airline you mean … well, face the competition … study your competitor, what are his advantages and what are his disadvantages and find a gap between them where you could place your airline. I try this with my subsidiary in Moldovia … something that makes the game interesting again. :D

I think your probably need to re-schedule your flight to build up a set of better connection waves at your HUB.
