and also the cabin configuration ?
Each passanger is 95 kg and cargo unit is 100 kg.
So if you have 26,000 kg payload, you can carry 273 passengers, or you can carry 250 passengers and 22 units of cargo, etc.
Lower priority gets limited first when payload questions arise.
The first that gets limited is cargo, then ECO, then BIZ and last FIRST class passengers. Meaning if calculated payload is less than the maximum payload, you will not carry cargo (or less cargo). If that is still not sufficient, you will carry less economy passengers, etc.
example:
Calculated payload 10,077 kg
Maximum payload 15,400 kg
This means that while the plane can carry up to 162 passengers (or 6 cargo units and 155 passengers), in this case it will carry 0 cargo and 106 passengers maximum.
If your config is:
a) 5F, 20C, 100Y, it will carry 5F, 20C, 81Y
b ) 15C, 100Y, it will carry 15C, 91Y
c) 20C, 80Y, it will carry 20C, 80Y
d) 10F, 15C, 80Y, it will carry 10F, 15C, 80Y
e) 10F, 25C, 90Y it will carry 10F, 25C, 71Y, etc.
that's very helpful, thank you.
