Which plane is the best bang for your buck?

Hey guys, so which plane do you guys prefer for the best bang for your buck between the B737-800, B737-900, or the A321? Let me know which one is the best bang for your buck!

this is the big down side of this game-

737-700bgw, 737900er, E195 and Dash8-400 dominate. In real world the other models of 737s and a320 family are far more competitive.

A320

I find 737-800 BGW more competitive than 737-700 BGW. It depends on your airline profile, routes distance etc.

I have some 73G in my company, but I’m replacing my old planes basically by 738, since it carries more passengers and my routes are mostly over 500km and less than 1500km.

Had 738 BGW and 73J BGW in my fleet but I.) the 738 was too small and II.) the 73J was just more effective. :)

Off topic, but I want to congratulate you for your company. What you did in Tempelhof with Sunbeam is so simple and, at the same time, amazing. Great company!

In a lack of modesty, I’m amazed with my company too.

Yes, it's amazing, thanks. haha :D

Your company ain't bad, too. Like your logo tho. :D

If you are talking about new airplanes, I really like the following:

Long n’ Thin: 737-900 HGW (Winglets) - It is basically a 757-200ER++ in real life. Somehow I can fly it from DME-BOS or DME-HAN with 145 seats…I think someone made the 739-MAX early.

Long n Slightly thicker: 787-8 - Same economics, roughly, as an A380 on certain routes. Easier to fill.

Short n' Thin <750km, increasing size: AN-140, Q400A, AN-148A 737-700 BGW

Short n' Fat: 737-900 BGW

Russia/Africa: Sukhoi Superjet. Better range than E190AR, better economics than E190LR.

I don't buy out of service junk ;)

P.S - AN-140 is even better than ATR-52 in economics. If you can wait an extra couple of days to get it: This is DME-WAW at default config. This is my favorite aircraft to pick up the scraps to give that little extra feeder. See Moskva Avia Express.

Remember it goes faster than -500, -600 costs more, and consumes 10-20% less fuel as well.

The 737-900 HGW for sure! 737-800 is bad range and fewer seats. I always use my 737-900HGW for flights from east-coast USA to Europe. Great money maker, always full.

I build my airliner up with the 73G for inland flights (USA). The 739 for flights to europe. And the 787 and 773 for long distance flights. But it is always harder to earn big money with the 787/773 compared with the 73G. And for the smaller airports I use some DH-4. Works great for me.
