Why is the game allowed to register multiple accounts with the same player?

Regulations prohibit the same player to open multiple accounts for cheating, but why not check out, delete accounts, reported no one to manage?

a player register 4 close account,and use the same type of plane.

I suggest that the game settings capture the network IP and the MAC address of the network card, and it has been found that the account is deleted directly.

thanks sir,i found this has been going on for a long time, not just in Quimby, but in both the short server and long term servers before,even a lot of other players use a method that is not obvious, so the network IP address and MAC address must be detected.Unfortunately, the administrators of this game did not manage the game for a long time :)

delete the account, do not refund the inside recharge points
